Position: Part-time Weekend Coordinator

Location: This position is remote. Our office is in Wheat Ridge. This role supports clients and caregivers throughout the Denver Metro area and Boulder County.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Caregiver Management:

  • Respond promptly to caregiver call-offs by receiving and logging absences.
  • Identify and contact available caregivers to replace those who have called off.
  • Confirm the availability and qualifications of replacement caregivers.
  • Update schedules to reflect any changes or replacements.
  • Ensure all client shifts are adequately covered to meet their needs.
  • Manage unexpected increases in client needs by arranging overtime or emergency caregiver assignments.
 

Client Communication:

  • Inform clients promptly about any caregiver substitutions.
  • Address and accommodate client concerns or preferences regarding new caregivers.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from existing and potential clients.
  • Provide clients with updates on services, schedules, and any changes.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients to maintain satisfaction.
  • Ensure clients feel supported and valued during the weekend.
 

Prospective Client Engagement:

  • Answer questions from potential clients about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule consultations or assessments with prospective clients.
 

Administrative Duties:

  • Update and maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
  • Compile weekend reports on scheduling, client interactions, and caregiver activities.
  • Highlight any issues or trends in reports that need management attention.
 

Call Handling:

  • Weekend Days: Manage all calls and texts from 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Evening Emergency Calls: Handle emergency calls during weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after 5 PM ending on Monday at 8 AM). 
  • Additional Earning Potential : This role may also have the option to handle emergency calls on some weekday evenings for additional pay. However, this is not required.

Educational Background : A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in home care, social work, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
