Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Bookkeeper/Payroll Processor to join our team! Our company is located in Casselberry, Florida. It is a full-time position (able to work 8 hours per day). Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday) with 30 minutes for lunch.
Responsibilities:
Full Bookkeeper and Payroll Processor
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Proven experience with full bookkeeping and payroll ( QuickBooks )
Previous experience in accounting
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have full knowledge of QuickBooks
Start pay rate $17.25/hr for 90 days probation period. With a raise potential after 90 days probation. Also, an annual evaluation with raise potential depending on job performance. Benefit package: 401k and PTO.

To keep our staff safe, we are continuing to clean our offices daily and keeping main traffic areas clean frequently. Every weekend we have a deep cleaning done in our offices as well.
