Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven ability to lead projects valued at $30M - $100M. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, change orders, and billing to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, or issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate with field teams, and maintain regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration across all project phases.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects, valued $30M - $100M.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, budgeting, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour.
