SALON STYLIST: MOXIE SPARTA BRAND HAIR STYLIST
We are looking for an experienced licensed hair stylist with 5+ years’ experience. Someone who is driven, organized and sales oriented ! Who thrives on making people feel their best and are team player, as our model is team based! If you are an energetic, self- motivated & goal-oriented stylist, we want to hear from you! Salary determined upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring (must have color experience and mastery), and styling.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or everyday looks.
• Offer consultations on hair extensions and color theory to clients.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
• Manage appointments using our software, that you will be trained.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment.

Skills

• Proficient in cosmetology practices with a strong understanding of hair care techniques.
• Experience makeup application techniques.
• Familiarity with color theory as it relates to hair coloring services.
• Ability to apply hair extensions effectively and safely.
• Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced stylists.
• Barbering skills are an advantage for providing diverse styling options.
