Job Description The primary purpose of the Sourcing Analytics Manager role is to establish, maintain and drive Fanatics Sourcing Operations efficiencies. The individual contributor role will collaborate across the organization to ensure the Sourcing team has the information, tools and processes in place to drive team success. The role requires cross functional expertise to proactively know the needs and create sustainable solutions. This position will be also hands on working with IT to ensure key metrics reporting, standardized supply chain reporting and analytics are available in order to enable a data driven decision environment for the Fanatics Sourcing team.
What you will be doing... Project Management
- Collaborating with the IT and BI teams on solutions to enable critical business reporting
- Identifying and developing key metric reporting
- Creating standardized data-driven solutions for ad hoc reporting and processes
- Developing a continuous process improvement mentality proactively driving change across Sourcing Operations teams
- Data integrity checks to ensure 100% accuracy
- Work across Global Sourcing Operations teams to develop and provide standardized solutions and definitions metrics
- Integration of strategic plans to enterprise plans, ensure visibility, support and track progress with subject matter experts
Dashboarding and Communications
- Maintain analytics, metrics, reports, queries and visualization dashboards for key supply chain data using various tools (Excel and MicroStrategy, etc.) to drive improved supply chain performance
- Take complex information and create a compelling story, including visualizations
- Prepare and deliver business analysis, status updates, and other complex information in various formats, including verbal, written, presentation, etc.
- Coach and educate broader team on best practices for reporting and tools
- Develop training documentation and lead training sessions to support the current and new team members ensuring standardized onboarding experience
What you bring to the table... - Ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of complex data into clear and concise presentations and reports
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data that drive actionable plans and add value to the business
- Expert Level user of Microsoft Suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data querying tools like MicroStrategy
- Expertise in creating Dashboards/Story Framing for key metric reporting
- Innovative with proven abilities to develop creative solutions and processes
- Proven ability to work in a setting managing multiple tasks with competing timelines and deliverables
- Effectively work (independently and/or within teams) across functional areas in a professional and collaborative environment
- Creative problem solving skills and advanced analytical skills with proven track record demonstrating an aptitude to analyze trends, compile data into comprehensive reports, and making recommendations based on findings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable interacting with employees of all level
- Excellent attention to detail and work with highest level of accuracy
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude, willing to take initiative and work through obstacles to accomplish tasks
- A solid understanding and educational foundation of the apparel supply chain - Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of Supply Chain Operations experience
