About the Role

We are seeking a Textile Assistant to join our innovative and fashion-forward team. The ideal candidate will help ensure each textile reflects our brand’s signature aesthetic and aligns with our commitment to quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovative Print & Pattern Development: Partner with print and graphic designers to push the boundaries of textile design, ensuring strike-off approvals align with cutting-edge trends and creative vision.
• Fashion-Forward Execution: Work closely with regional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality prints, patterns, and graphic packages, ensuring timely strike-off approvals that reflect our brand’s trend-driven aesthetic.
• Engage with designers and managers to refine prints, patterns, and graphics, providing expert insights on textile techniques to elevate product design.
• Help ensure all approvals are delivered on schedule, proactively managing any delays while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• Fabric Library & Archive Management: Curate an inspiring and organized fabric library for strike-offs and reference files to support ongoing trend development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Production Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Graphics manufacturing, textile, and prints.
• Strong understanding of Strike off approval process.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Centric and basic Photoshop skills preferred.
