About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial General Manager for the RAPAC region. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving business growth and advancing the company's mission in the field of cancer diagnostics. Expertise in areas such as marketing, sales, distributor management, and customer support is essential, as is a proven track record of growing the top and bottom line of a multinational business. Experience with the Danaher Business Systems tools or similar systems for continuous improvement is a must. The role requires a leader with a strong focus on team development, effective communication, and a history of driving innovation and business success.
